This policy covers the processing of personal data of individuals visiting our websites (including the report landing page), using contact forms and signing up to receive the report or to be contacted regarding investing.

It also describes how we use cookies and similar technologies for analytical and advertising purposes (remarketing, audience profiling).

Depending on the specific form, we may process the following data:

  • e‑mail address,

  • Direct marketing of our services – including reminders about the report, consultation offers and information about changes on the Bali market. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – marketing of our own services); for e‑mail/SMS communication – additionally your consent under applicable electronic communications law.
  • Analytics and statistics – measuring traffic on the website, optimising content and acquisition sources (e.g. Google Analytics or similar tools). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – analysis and development of services); for cookies – your consent expressed in the cookie banner where required.
  • Advertising and remarketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) – displaying personalised ads to people who visited our site or showed interest in our services. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent to marketing cookies) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – conducting marketing activities).

  • right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, including direct marketing,
  • right to withdraw consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
